1. It has the class of the Four Seasons, less the 24/hr room service, but it offers a home town feel less the extra expenses of the Biltmore.

6. If the management of this wonderful hotel read this, please ask her to be more listening and understanding the client, and not trying absolutely to give the most expensive room, saying nothing else is available, jusy after having told differently to another people.

7. We planned to stay in this hotel according to the good reviews; I called the hotel and a young woman (Ivumi?) said they didn't have any double rooms (the cheapest) and advised me a majestic suite (certainly one of the most expensive), she certified me there were no other available room.

10. The room was between 289 and 315 dollars a night for the room and this seems highly expensive for what the hotel offers (when compared with other luxury hotels).
