1. The small size means the amenities of a larger spa resort are lacking but the attention to detail and quality are not lacking at all.

4. lack of night staff was our only complaint as we arrived late and the poor chap on reception had to help us with our bags as there was no one else there, but he oblidged without a murmur.

5. The staff were friendly and accommodating and showed genuine concern about the shower situation, but did not appear to ever have seen the inside of the rooms, because both were surprised when I described the lack of privacy.

8. Two small criticisms, don`t use the directions from the hotel website they are totally unhelpful -call for directions and the room where guests have breakfast is not really in keeping with the rest of the hotel, it lacks `soul`, almost the atmosphere of a public library.
