1. The only issue we had was that we didn't realize they had all down bedding in our room, which I am allergic to.

5. We spent one night in a first floor room outside the courtyard, and there was some issue with noise- a group of people were up early , and their conversation was loud enough to be heard through the door.

6. The hotel staff are so nice and helpful, nothing was an issue and they went out of their way to be friendly, without being intrusive.

7. Only slight issue was some noise at night from noisy guests returning to their rooms (our room was on the ground floor right by the courtyard) - but can`t blame noise like that on the hotel.

8. Problems: The pool area is very small with only about 6 lounges, but not an issue for us because the pool was little used by guests.
