1. 30am unsolicited call from a fellow guest who had the wrong room and again woke the baby and throughout the weekend noise through the walls and ceiling made by fellow guests who seemed to be very inconsiderate of others.

7. The reason being was that they had spelled our name wrong when we first put the car in and had obviously not cross checked this with our booking.

8. I understand sometimes things go wrong and few makes mistakes but there's no excuse for not doing the best to have issues resolved.
