1. Early next morning I told the front desk about these issues and even though the hotel was almost full they managed to find me a new room on the top floor.

3. I did not bring any of these issue to the attention of the hotel staff as I find most complaints are really addressed with more than lip service.

The room was modern and mostly clean, but had a few issues: (1) the television remote control was old and dirty, and the tv did not work, (2) the faucet on the sink leaked water which led to a puddle on the floor every time I used the sink, (3) the bathroom had a very odd skunk like odor when I first arrived in the room, (4) the walls in the room are extremely thin and I could hear everything clearly in other rooms.

10. The hotel staff was nice throughout but we wish that more had been done to try to limit the noise issues or to do more to try to make up for the inconvenience.
