3. They have several Internet access speeds and for whatever reason the person in reception told me I could choose the fast one and get charged for the slow one, but charged me for the fast one anyway.

9. Overall, these may be little issues, but when a hotel does this while also charging $32 for valet-only parking a night and also charges $10 a night for internet access which is purposely slow so you will buy the $15 a night access, it borders on robbery.
