6. I know that while Westin is not the grande dame of the chain, it usually provides above average quality and more importantly, uneventful stays that make everything hassle-free when in a rush.

7. A gripe I have about the heavenly baths, as one who actually prefers a bath to a shower, is that the plugs are not watertight and have a tendency to leak, necessitating refilling the bath mid soak; plenty of piping hot water here so not too much of a hassle though.
