1. 30am, when it had woken me up and was told it was a broken pipe.

2. The carpet was worn throughout the hotel, the bathroom had no fan to siphon off the shower steam, the bathroom door was broken and did not close all the way and the 'windows you can open' didn't open.

4. I guess I could write about the broken lamps in the room, or the missing towels, poor TV reception, or the malfunctioning shower head that sprayed water all over the bathroom,or the lousy service at the front desk (check in took 45 minutes and I was the only person at the desk).

6. It's a very simple thing, but you'd think that they could have thrown that hanger away and given us one that was not obviously broken, but we weren't that important so it didn't matter.

10. Also, our TV remote was broken and I put in a request for it to be fixed so we could actually watch the television since Westin locks the TVs to be used with only a remote.
