The meeting rooms on the second floor were filled with the smell of diesel, a complete water shutdown that lasted more than an hour longer than the 2 hours originally allotted (3 hours without a restroom or running water is UNACCEPTABLE), lots of construction noise, and the cleanliness of the room was questionable: with a large stain on the carpet, and something amiss with the restroom tile (seemingly a film of mold or grout that was not removed cleaned off).
