We had been in another hotel the previous week and had been caught by the sensor in the mini bar (not that they charged us when we explained we had only opened it to put something in there, although getting the bill at 5 am on the morning of our departure was a bit of a shock) but this time we asked for a fridge and they provided it no trouble , to save any misunderstanding with the mini bar.
