Not sure if the staff also felt
miserable
to be working in the second rate tower, but their indifference to service and general apathy was very disappointing after the high standards we had experienced through the rest of our trip.

, we were never greeted with a smile and when I called guest services with a query about coins needed for the laundry, the guy said he didn't know and left it at that.
