1. Then, cleaning service called us because we had a do not disturb sign on the door after 3:15pm when they wanted to clean.

5. Soon after this room service left our room we were to go to bed again, however that wasn't possible as another housekeeper kept knocking at our door to clean the room although we did have a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door.

7. Placed a do not disturb sign on my door, and was awoken by a phone call at 9am from the cleaner asking what time I was planning on leaving so that she could clean my room.
