Overcharged, gave us a cheaper/smaller room than we paid for due to overbooking, parking lot took a half hour to exit from due to broken equipment, they lost our registration info, tried to say we didn't have club access, forgot our free breakfast, tried to charge us $300 for a 28 minute phone call, tried to charge us $160 for minibar use (I didn't touch it).
