There are numerous other service issues which plague this hotel, ranging from inadequate attention to staffing at the front desk (particularly for Starwood Preferred guests) which lead to overly long waits for handling any issue, problems with daily room service for upkeep of rooms, and problems with card key access to the rooms.

4. We like sheratons this one was good because you can seer as you land,but thats the problem if like us you get a front room(not facing the marina they are noisey.

5. Distance was a problem but they commented how the hotel was old and run down, bathrooms were not as clean as they could be.

6. Hospitality was professional and friendly, room was clean (I immediately checked everything that other guests had reported problems with - bathrooms, carpet, linens, which were all spotless).

8. Yes, I am particular and have not a problem paying for good service and amenities, however, my experience was definitely poor and worth giving a head's up to others.
