1. It was comfortable with really no issues.

2. Another 'issue' that was resolved very quickly was that apparently our rebooking at the Category 3 rate did not make it's way to the hotel.

3. **side note: Since this was my first experience at this hotel, I can't comment on previous experiences, but if there truly were customer service issues, I think management is definitely making an effort to ensure their customers are well taken care of.

There are numerous other service issues which plague this hotel, ranging from inadequate attention to staffing at the front desk (particularly for Starwood Preferred guests) which lead to overly long waits for handling any issue, problems with daily room service for upkeep of rooms, and problems with card key access to the rooms.

7. I contacted the manager to see if there is any flexibility in the, matter and to discussed with priority club, I hope the issue will be solved.
