6. unfortunately, someone either sat on the chair in a wet bathing suit or urinated all over the cushion of the chair, as it had been wet at one time and now totally dried.

8. It is further down on the riverwalk, but unfortunately we were in a riverview room almost directly above the restaurant downstairs, so noise was a problem (and we could hear the neighbors TV at 5am as well).
