The hotel charged my card even though I paid cash for the stay, I called and let know that there policy was such but the problem was in the way the manager on duty that soke to me was very, very rude about the hole problem and there was nothing she could do about it and they would refund my account in 3 to 4 business days, very, very rude the worst customer service I have ever delt with, the stay and staff where great but I will nevery stay there agian if the managers in charge do not seem to care for customers once they have taken your money.
