1. I would strongly suggest banning smoking in the entire hotel and avoid 'non-smoking' rooms smelling like smoke <==BIG PET PEEVE.

4. The views from each room may not be the best, the front of the hotel is on a main busy street so I would avoid those rooms (in spite of the lure of balconies).

10. Also, I had an adjoining room and can tell you with great certainty that the guy in the next room worked for a software company and I had to turn up the TV to avoid hearing details of some interesting new contracts with a vendor.
