1. Only complaint was the common areas which were cold and too dark for our taste.

2. My only complaint is that on the first morning, I had to wait what seemed like an eternity for my coffee and then had to ask for a regular-sized mug, rather than their tiny teacup, because they wouldn't leave the pot on the table for refills.

5. The only minor complaints I had were that there were not enough bath towels (but the staff quickly brought us more), no pool for the kids (but they loved the gym), and the room is somewhat dark (but the courtyard is beautiful).
