4. Ok, let me start by saying I hate hotels bc of all the stuff you see on 20/20 withthe dirty sheets and what not, so when my husband and I planned an I spur of the moment trip to San Antonio from Dallas, I cringed at the thought of staying at a hotel.

6. Some of the desk staff is rude and some are very nice, it was a hassle to get a room (even though it was already paid for), room is nice a bit dark but a bit dirty as well.
