1. Security seemed to be an issue at this hotel because a key card was required to access any floor above the mezzanine level - the bellhop told me this was because advertisers were littering the hallways with flyers, which at the time made sense.

6. But here is my issue , upon check out we got our receipt on scratch paper (she told us so we didn't mind) what we did mind was that upon closer review , the scratch paper had the names of guests who stayed there when we did plus it had the amounts that each paid for their stay.

7. We had a slight problem with our bed but within 20 minutes from our phone call, they checked out our issue, fixed it and provided turn down.

8. I just didn't get why it was so unlit, how is that safe? So my main issue is there is minimal lighting in the room and my bedframe was dark brown and the carpet was a dark color so there was no visual delineation between the two.
