5. Teh total to get my bumper repaired is only $460 and the hotel could easily cover this cost with them charging $30 per car but there has been total lack of professionalism and 'good business' by this hotel management.

7. It was a unique experience - but service was generally lacking - but that maybe part of the 'hipness' of the hotel?.
