2. Does anybody actually buy the minibar/overpriced snacks that took up considerable space on the counter? Although the staff in general was friendly, the phrase 'Sorry 'bout that' should be banned.

The cost for parking was a surprise, the 'concessions' in the room were a surprise: I would not have guessed a swanky hotel as this one purports to be would place overpriced treats, offering them in plain sight, and the terms and conditions in very tiny print on a flyer also on the wetbar/coffee bar.

5. We all got spa treatments, which are a little overpriced for the service, but that's to be expected I think with in hotel spas.
