2. Small issues, like the phone did not work in the living area; the tv in the living area kept loosing signal; The beds are VERY firm, so if you need something softer, bring a feather mattress or something.

7. I wouldn't recommend the hotel just due to the overcharge/hold on my money, but the shower head problem (which they fixed after everyone had suffered the other shower head) and the inability to fix the money issue has compounded my bad experience.

8. Another issue was the daily breakfast, the ending time varied, again not huge issue because it was ending at 10 or 10:30 but on Christmas Day breakfast stopped at 8:30.

9. The staff are unfalteringly cheerful and helpful and the one maintenance issue I had during my stay was promptly dealt with.

10. Our room had plumbing issues as the toilet would run constantly and on one occasion we had soapy water bubble up in the sink even though we hadn't used it in hours.
