3. The road conditions in downtown are a historical mess, but once one arrives at the Hotel Contessa on the Riverwalk, the inconveniences disappear, and the honest civility of the essence of the people of San Antonio permeates all aspects of activities at this hotel.

5. The garage the hotel uses isn't connected so it's a bit inconvenient and makes you overly dependent on the valet.

6. However, to make it more inconvenient, the valet desk is very good at not answering their phone thus requiring you to go downstairs and show them your ticket and then return to your room where you can pleasantly sit around and wait.
