1. The road conditions in downtown are a historical mess, but once one arrives at the Hotel Contessa on the Riverwalk, the inconveniences disappear, and the honest civility of the essence of the people of San Antonio permeates all aspects of activities at this hotel.

4. 00 FIJI water we had drank but the beds and room were a mess and no new towels etc, I mentioned to the desk and no one came.
