2. They were delivered up to the room there after in a not so surprising manner as we were there in the room and had to explain to her why I was so agitated, poor gal thought I was angry with her so I had to explain to her the story.

3. One of our ladies requested an aromatherapy (light, gentle) massage, and got an eastern European therapist who specializes in deep tissue - and despite multiple requests to lighten up, beat the poor customer half to death.
