1. The only thing we forgot to do was put the 'Do Not disturb' sign out prior to retiring and ended up with a wake up call from housekeeping.

4. I would think that would be the first thing that would be asked to a customer in that situation, is your Do Not disturb sign on your door? But of course that was not asked.
