1. The property is beautiful, even opulent, but a restaurant that has degenerated to little more than a glorified coffee shop, mediocre room service, rooms that haven't been updated in over 10 years, non-HD television on severely dated sets, brutally firm, non-pillow top mattresses.

2. There`s a trolley stop close to the front of the hotel and we took a free ride to the Gateway Mall where we had a mediocre dinner at some seafood place (shoulda gone with the Italian) and waited in line for a while at the bookstore waiting for the final Harry Potter book to be released.
