5. -The shower was dirty-The elevator was broken-The TV is for some reason facing the bathroom instead of the bedroom (on the wrong wall)-And the bathroom is the size of one on an airplanePictures online are deceptive.

Upon checkout the desk clerk said 'you were the ones that changed rooms because the AC didnt work right?' we answered yes and she barked 'It was working, we have somebody in there right now and they didnt complain' Come on even if we were wrong (which we werent I know when there is no AC and when it is not working properly) you do not say that to a guest.

9. After a certain hour in the evening there is no one to do maintenance: so if the lightbulb in your bathroom burns out at the wrong hour, as happened to someone on my floor, tough luck.
