1. Access to the lobby was difficult either a slow elevator or a stair case that winded through dirty hall ways.

4. I don't know if it was the location of the room (which was on a corner on a lower floor) or because it was a weekend, but there was a lot of noise from the street below that made it very difficult to sleep well.
