When I got into the elevator going to the rooms, it was full of the in house restaurant staff who jostled around me and loudly
complain
ed about their job and their customers, which made me never want to go to their restaurant (I think it's Italian?).

I also had terrible water pressure and it took forever to take a shower so I
complain
ed and they moved me to another floor and still the water pressure was very low, not enjoyable especially for as much as I paid.

Some have
complain
ed about the slow elevators but I guess they must have done something because I think the longest I had to wait for an elevator was maybe a minute and it was quick going up or down.

In terms of the room, I found it to be completely satisfactory, and did not really hear street noise as some people have
complain
ed about (aside from sirens and horns, which are to be expected in a city), but then again I was on the 10th floor.
