1. The next morning I told the front desk about the uncomfortable temperature in the room and they gave us a free night stay certificate which we were able to use in NY city.

8. I would not recommend the hotel because, even though the location was fine and the hotel was neat and clean, the limited room space made it very uncomfortable for someone like me who stays in hotels often and am used to more room space.
