4. The hotel was fully booked, and he had a hard time finding a room for my 4 night reservation (made 5 months before hand) and had no record that we had 3 people and needed a roll-away or the fold-out couch in the one bedroom suite.

7. In the morning, they went to check us out at the kiosk and I stated that I wanted them to know that our night was miserable, and found it hard to believe they could charge us full price for a stay like that.

Also, your drunken, relentlessly screaming friends, the police sirens when the club didn't clear out at the appointed hour, and the lack of double-pane glass in the windows all contributed to one of the most miserable nights we've ever experienced, and we were on the NINTH FLOOR, so your hard work keeping people awake paid off in spades.

9. excellent room and great location, restaurant and bar was super, more than I expected, bed was slightly too hard for my taste, I will check with the goldiloch bears next timean excellent affordable alernative compared to staying with the relatives.
