After some back in forth she told me that all of the stores on the block operate on a 'central boiler' that was not working and that the CVS or w/e it was also was having the same
issue
(which btw I asked and they did not).

we had was the fact that the king bed consisted of two twin mattresses pushed together, with one side being at least two inches higher than the other.

s with that were that it's downtown Philadelphia and there was no screen, so not only is that not safe but we had mosquitos flying around the room in no time and me with the welts to prove it.
