8. I had a fish entree with risotto, swiss chard, salad, and beer for less than $40 (which I didn't think was too bad).

9. The rooms are small but very doable, they were a bit on the cold side,in the bathrooms for sure and the street noise is not that bad but can be heard.

10. The worst was that it was impossible to sleep as the traffic noise was so bad (I've never experienced this at any other hotel in the area) and impossible to work during the day as there was some sort of construction going on inside the hotel.
