4. Obviously that's a huge negative if you want/need to have the fan on when you sleep.

5. The negatives include tiny rooms (I realize your room is primarily for sleeping but the rooms are REALLY small, particularly adjusting for the cost) and not enough room in the bathroom (I had to hold up the toilet seat when urinating due to the sink ledge design behind the toilet).
