The deal killer for me was the scent of disinfectant in the guest rooms hallway and rooms, the kind you
smell
in a 20 year old Holiday Inn when smoking and other odors are being covered up.

It seems all FS hotels have a certain lovely
smell
in all rooms:)I had room service several times & a lovely afternoon tea in the Fountain restaurant, & all of the food was great.
