4. While the 'bones' of the Four Seasons still remain, the hotel is for the most part is outdated and has no longer can claim itself to be a truly five star, luxury hotel.

5. The work out room is rather small, with only a few weight machines that were a little outdated, but it was very clean and not used very much, so I don't see why they would need to upgrade it.
