1. Concierge: Patty was most helpful securing dinner reservations for us on two evenings (despite the fact that there was a large conference going on in the City and reservations were quite difficult for one of the two nights).

3. Normally I would never complain about that, but it is a bit difficult to unwind in a hot tub in a 'spa' when children are jumping in the pool and screaming.
