1. as well we were a bit angry about the warm mini-bar - after having complained, they organized a complete new refrigerator, but did not care about the one in the closet - the new one stood in the room.

6. The pull out bed had a thin mattress and exposed springs but when we realized on the 2nd out of 4 nights that we should complain, a new mattress was promptly provided.

8. I know everyone else is always complaining about getting a smoking room or how hotels smell of smoke, but as a smoker, believe me, nowadays it is a refreshing rarity to get the smoking room you requested on the first shot without a hassle.

10. Normally I would never complain about that, but it is a bit difficult to unwind in a hot tub in a 'spa' when children are jumping in the pool and screaming.
