1. Most rooms were noisy and we moved twice before we found a quiet room away from the noise of city traffic.

6. PROs:-very friendly staff, especially the door staff and the housekeepers-immaculately clean room and bathroom, serviced twice daily-lush towels and sheets-lots of light in roomCONs:-location--it's in kind of a no-man's land, and we got really tired of walking back and forth to the more interesting parts of town (this was a MAJOR con in our opinion, though maybe if you are traveling for business the location is okay)-walls are paper thin, and doors might as well be non-existent for all the noise they block out-valet parking is expensive (I can't remember if it is over $30 or over $40)-the highly touted view leaves a lot to be desired--our courtyard view was disappointing-small bathroom with little vanity space-no free internet in room and no room for negotiation about it--I HATE this kind of nickel and dime-ingWe just didn't feel this hotel lived up to the Four Seasons reputation.
