1. The front desk mentioned that the hotel gft shop was closed due to lack of business (a sign of the economic times, I guess).

7. This hotel lacked quality service, and falls well short of other FS hotels or Ritz Carlton hotels.
"Not a 5 star Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/7/2010 Vote
8. My only complaint about the room would be the lack of ability to make coffee on demand - for a hotel with nearly anything at ones disposal, the ability to make coffee in ones room seems like an oversight.
"Luxury hotel, good location and value, rooms are somewhat dated " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/2/2010 Vote
9. ) even though there were always staff members around and usually they weren't busy (just seemed to be a lack of attention to visitors coming and going).

10. Best things about the property:- service and food at the Fountain restaurant - convenient location in the city center- attentive and informed conciergeIssues during my stay:- no wireless internet in the room- bell staff not available on arrival - front desk / operator did not pick up on a number of occasions even during 'normal' hours- tables in Cafe were small and cramped / lack of windows made it feel a bit claustraphobic.
"A solid property but not quite up to the Four Seasons standard " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/27/2009 Vote
