7. bad points: room was very hot and airless, no WiFi; only wired internet that was pretty poor value and appalling breakfast (engine oil coffee, stale and stodgy continental option).

9. Too bad Marriott/Hilton/Starwood -- maybe a dimmer switch would get you an extra star.
