3. i wish the four seasons could find a way of balancing luxury with environmentalism, and avoid some of the gratuitous consumption that i felt permeated our stay (towels, stationery, room service linens, etc).

4. I have tried other hotels in town (Ritz-carlton: avoid; park hyatt ok, hyatt regency ok) but there is simply nothing like this place.
