1. If you are not looking for the ritz then this you can not go wrong with this hotel.

2. there was a small queue at check in, nothing wrong with that, it was cleared very quickly, nice smiley and appologetic staff for the small wait.

4. Only complaint was reception staff need to be bit more informed, they gave us the wrong information about buses, times etc and were a bit vague on other queries, they did not seem that interested, however staff at bus booking desk were more helpful.

7. now dont get me wrong if you want a 5* hotel then search for one and pay a stupid amount, the hotel is undergoing a major refurb to bring it inline with all the rosen hotels (upping the standard).

8. Bottom line: if you need a good place to sleep, shower, and relax while visiting Universal Orlando, you can't go wrong with this hotel.
