1. At the lift lobby, have bad smell, like toilet pipe broken smell.

2. I have no major complaints about the room itself, although there was a nasty ring around the tub, and the toilet was constantly running and the handle was broken so we couldn't do anything about it.

7. We also had a broken cistern handle, cut off telephone wire and a visit from a couple of cockcroaches which i had to kill myself eventually as when we called housekeeping to deal with it, we had two guys who came up (after waiting half an hour) with a broom.

But on the other hand, if you don't relish the thought of having to zig-zag your way through the aforementioned students to get through the lobby, or don't fancy the idea of having to use the stairs to get to your room as the 3 lifts are continually full of those students, or you'd rather that the relative tranquility of the pool area not be broken by these young people, then perhaps you'd be better off looking for another hotel.
