1. The pool was hardly used by many of the the guests and was very clean and tidy and the hotel also supplies the towels which is allways a bonus on holidays.

2. My husband and I are not sensitive sleepers but it's really hard to sleep when there is a three inch gap between the door and the floor.

3. Room door was extremley hard to open and the windows were paper thin, meaning lots of noise from the motorway which is just out the back of the hotel.

6. we hard working people and when we go on holiday we like to feel looked after and we did at the rosen inn cleaners came in every day had 14 nights there and well enjoyed it great location just 10 mins round corner from universal we will be going back to stay.

8. It was also convenient that there were laundry services, however, due to the large amount of people staying at the Inn, it was hard to find a washer and dryer free and it took a little longer than expected.

9. Telephone for free local calls in the foyer is by the loud television, this presented me with a problem as I am hard of hearing.
