1. We did have a problem with our toilet as it only flushed when it felt like it (which was a bit of a pain.

2. We rented a wheelchair for my mom because she has mobility problems and frontdesk was so helpfull to receive the wheelchair for my mom and pick up went the same way.

6. I would have given it four stars except for three problems we had: first, the highway noise was significant at night, we were on the 8th floor facing Universal.

9. For those Men travelling with significient other be advised that there is a very large Outlet Mall within a mile of this hotel and if visited repacking ones cases may prove a bit of a problem as the Airport will charge for bags in excess of 50 pounds in weight.

10. Had a problem with the plumbing in bath, which was sorted in around 5 minutes the first time, and then plumber came back while we were out for tea and fixed it properly.
