1. I have no major complaints about the room itself, although there was a nasty ring around the tub, and the toilet was constantly running and the handle was broken so we couldn't do anything about it.

2. My room key did not worknd I got locked out going to the ice machine I had to go to front desk from the 8th floor, NASTY attitude the little gal acting real ghetto rolling her neck and asking for ID when I clearly told her that my ID was in my room and I was locked out.

5. Our room was at the end of the hall next to the laundry, the paint was peeling off the wall, there was a poorly patched hole in our door and the bathroom floor was nasty.
